Dispute a Registry Record
Believe a song on air, or a certificate in the registry, misrepresents your work? The registry takes every evidenced dispute seriously.
1. How to file
Disputing a certificate? Open that certificate’s live page and use the “Dispute a Record” link at the bottom — the certificate number fills itself in, and you receive a case number the moment you send. You can also open the dispute form directly: airadio.my/cert/report.
Disputing a song on air that has no certificate, or prefer email? Write to support@airadio.my with the subject line “Registry dispute” and include all four:
- Who you are — your name and how to reach you.
- What you are disputing — the certificate number, or the song title and creator name as it appears on air.
- What you claim — in your own words.
- At least one checkable piece of evidence — for example: a link to your earlier dated release, an earlier dated recording or project file, or an earlier dated public post of the work.
2. What happens next
- A dispute with evidence is reviewed first. The certificate’s live verification page always shows the current outcome.
- A dispute without evidence is acknowledged and logged; the record stays live until evidence arrives.
- Outcomes: the record is confirmed, corrected, or revoked. Revoked certificates show REVOKED on their live verification page immediately.
- Every filed case receives its own case number, and the registry replies at the contact you give.
3. The honest scope
A certificate records dated facts and the creator’s declarations — it is not proof of authorship. That is exactly why the dispute channel exists: the registry corrects its records when evidence shows they misrepresent someone’s work.
The Private Song Registry is a private registry operated by AI TV GLOBAL — not a governmental or collecting-society record.
