Terms of Content Submission

These Terms govern the submission of audio content (“Content”) to AI RADIO operated by AI TV GLOBAL via airadio.my. By submitting content you agree to comply with these Terms.

Additional information, declarations, and confirmations may be required during the submission process. By submitting content, you agree that all information provided is accurate and that you comply with all applicable requirements and disclosures.

1. Grant of License and Technical Rights

By submitting content, you grant AI TV GLOBAL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to stream, broadcast, and distribute the content solely for operation and promotion of the AI RADIO platform.

Audio normalization.
Broadcast editing.
Station branding overlays.
Audio encoding for streaming.

Creators retain full ownership of their content. This license ends if the content is removed from the platform.

2. Representations and Warranties

By submitting content, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
You are the sole creator and owner of the content, or you hold all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to submit it and to grant the license in Section 1.
The content is original and does not infringe any copyright, trademark, performance, moral, privacy, or publicity right of any third party.
The content was created using AI tools whose terms permit commercial use and distribution, and your use does not breach those terms or any training-data restrictions.
The content contains no copyrighted human-made recordings, samples, lyrics, or melodies that you are not authorized to use.
The content does not clone or imitate the voice, name, image, or likeness of any real person without their authorization.
All information you provide is true and accurate.

You accept full responsibility for the content you submit. If any of these warranties proves untrue, AI TV GLOBAL may remove the content and restrict your access, and you remain liable under Section 12 (Indemnification).

3. Automated Processing and Filtering

All submissions are reviewed using AI filtering systems. Automated systems may occasionally produce incorrect results. AI TV GLOBAL reserves the right to review and make final decisions.

Copyright detection.
Deepfake voice detection.
Impersonation detection.
Restricted content filtering.

Violations may result in suspension of access and IP blocking.

4. Identity Verification

Legal Name required.
Artist / Stage name required.
Commercial AI license required.

AI-cloned voices of public figures are prohibited. Creators must ensure they have the necessary rights and licenses for any AI tools or content used.

5. Content Restrictions

Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or sensitive in relation to race, religion, or royalty.
Political propaganda.
Harassment or defamation.
Illegal or obscene material.
Violence or extremist promotion.

6. Revenue and Compensation

AI RADIO may generate revenue through advertising or sponsorship. At this time, submissions do not include revenue sharing unless otherwise stated.

7. Broadcast Disclaimer

All submissions are reviewed and curated. Broadcast is not guaranteed and depends on content quality, compliance, and platform standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI TV GLOBAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profit, or goodwill, arising from the use of the platform or any submitted content.

9. Content Removal and Enforcement

AI TV GLOBAL reserves the right to remove, restrict, or refuse any content at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it violates these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Copyright Complaints and Takedown

AI TV GLOBAL respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content broadcast on AI RADIO infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us at support@airadio.my with:

Identification of the work you claim is infringed.
The track or broadcast in question.
Your contact details.
A statement that you are the rights-holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

On receipt of a valid notice, we will review and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the content. Repeat or bad-faith infringers may be permanently blocked.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI TV GLOBAL, its operators and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the content you submit; (b) your breach of these Terms or of any representation or warranty; or (c) your violation of any law or any third-party right. This obligation survives the termination of your use of the platform.

13. Data Privacy (PDPA)

Personal data will be processed according to the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

15. AI Content Disclosure

Creators must disclose if AI tools were used in content creation. Such tools must allow commercial use and must not violate third-party rights or training data restrictions.

AI tools must allow commercial distribution.
Training data violations prohibited.
Deepfake voices prohibited.

16. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and AI TV GLOBAL regarding content submission. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
