The Private Song Registry is a private record-keeping service operated by AI TV GLOBAL as part of AI Radio Malaysia. It issues certificates that record dated facts about songs submitted to the station by their AI song creators.
This registry is private. It is not operated, issued, or endorsed by any government authority, and it does not register copyright.
A certificate is a dated record of facts held by the registry at the time of issue:
Each certificate has a permanent verification link — its own airadio.my/cert address. That live link — not any image or printout — is the certificate.
If a creator's song is copied, reused, or claimed by someone else, the certificate is the creator's dated evidence: an independent record that this song, under this name, existed and was on air on the recorded dates — with a live link anyone can check in seconds. Creators may present their certificate and its link to platforms, services, or any party in a dispute. A dated record cannot be backdated, and the earlier record is the stronger one.
What the certificate does not do by itself: it does not register copyright, and it does not by itself decide authorship, ownership, originality, or legal clearance — the weight of the evidence is decided by whoever receives it. Content declarations shown on a certificate are the creator's own, recorded and dated by the registry. Where a certificate shows a catalog match with an ISRC: ISRC identifies a recording. It does not establish authorship, ownership, authority or legal clearance.
Certificates are issued to the AI song creator who submitted the song, identified by the email address of their submission. Certificates are earned through songs on air under the registry's published programme; the programme's rules may be improved over time, and certificates already issued are never affected by later changes.
One song carries at most one active certificate. The same audio is never certified twice.
A certificate is issued only after the creator confirms their claim and ticks agreement to these Terms. The exact wording of the Terms agreed to is stored with the certificate, permanently. The confirmation code sent to the creator's registered email is the registry's identity check: whoever completes it acts as that creator.
Every certificate carries a live status at its verification link:
Downloadable certificate images are snapshots. The verification link always shows the current status.
Anyone may raise a dispute or correction about a certificate by contacting the registry at support@airadio.my with the certificate link and the reason. The registry reviews every credible report.
The registry may revoke a certificate where its facts prove false — including a false declaration, audio that was not the submitter's to submit, duplicate or fraudulent claims — or where the law requires. A revoked certificate's link remains online showing its revoked status and date; registry history is corrected, never silently deleted.
Where a certificate was issued against a paid registration and that payment is later refunded, reversed or disputed, the certificate is revoked and its verification link shows that status.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When a payment is refunded, Stripe keeps its processing fee — that fee cannot be returned. A refund is therefore always the amount paid minus Stripe’s processing fee, whatever the reason for the refund. If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, the certificate it paid for is revoked, and its verification page will show that.
Anyone reading a certificate may rely on it only for what section 2 says it records: dated facts held by this private registry. It is not legal advice, not a legal opinion, and not a substitute for professional verification of ownership or rights.
The registry keeps its issue, correction, and revocation records, including after revocation. Personal data is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and the AI Radio Malaysia Privacy Policy at airadio.my. The registry keeps claim records — including the time, network address, and agreement of each claim — as part of each certificate's evidence.
These Terms may be updated; each certificate remains governed by the version agreed at its claim, which is stored with it. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
